First Mile is a London-based waste management company. They provide sustainable waste collection and recycling solutions for businesses and organisations. We were asked to undertake a comprehensive redesign and modernisation of the e-commerce section of their website to improve its functionality and usability for customers.
DISCOVERY
I began by conducting a thorough discovery phase, in which I carefully reviewed the research and data compiled by the strategy team. Once the discovery and research phase was completed, I progressed to creating an interactive prototype.
