CREATING A NEW WEBSITE FOR SHAWBROOK BANK.

Shawbrook Bank is a UK bank that offers services like saving, lending, and managing payments for individuals and businesses. Their ask was to re-imagine how users can access information they need rapidly and without friction. We helped them to present a new website concept to their stakeholders and then designed the site for them.

THE THREE PILLARS

The concept is based on three pillars: Intelligent Journeys, Live Layout and Smart Stage. Intelligent Journeys use date to infer where a user is in the journey and trigger a display or order of component on a page (Live Layout). The Smart Stage is a user interface allowing a customer to self-define or filter the page components.

In order to define what the Smart Stage and Live Layouts would do at any given point, I laid out different user journeys in user flows.
